The main offerings are light meals, desserts, and coffee; although there is only one type of light meal called “Tenjo Toast,” its taste is quite unique. Incorporating Japanese style into French toast, it is served with seasonal fruits, maple syrup, and Hokkaido cream on the side. The milk bread is soaked in egg batter for over a day and then pan-fried until golden brown. Its appearance resembles tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette), while the texture is moist and fluffy with a rich eggy aroma. The small shop also offers exquisite cakes and specialty drinks.
