The Millennity| There is a new landmark in Kwun Tong! Located at 98 How Ming Street, The Millennity building offers 20 floors of Grade A office space and a 10-floor large-scale shopping mall with an area of approximately 500,000 square feet, comparable to APM! It also features recreational spaces and attracts shopping and dining merchants to set up businesses. It is expected to open in 2024. Can’t wait for it!

The podium features a 10-story high-end shopping mall covering an area of about 500,000 square feet, similar in scale to APM (a famous shopping mall), and also includes lush green recreational spaces. In addition, the project’s underground parking lot spans four levels and provides nearly 400 parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging systems. Nearby, there are approximately 300 restaurants, 20 fitness centers, and five hotels offering around 1,500 guest rooms. With comprehensive living facilities, a diverse range of global cuisines gathered in one place, excellent transportation connections that facilitate international business activities – all daily needs are met conveniently for cross-border commerce.
