Lai Chi Kok Park is located in the west of Sham Shui Po and is surrounded by various roads and residential areas. It can be easily accessed by MTR and buses. The park covers a total area of 17.65 hectares and offers a wide range of recreational and sports facilities, including a swimming pool, sports center, and library. In 1993, the government identified the need to construct the West Rail project, which required the relocation of certain facilities within Lai Chi Kok Park. Modifications have been made to accommodate these changes in the park’s development plans.
